Varietal composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Region: Vineyards located in La Arboleda, Tupungato, at 1050 m.a.s.l.

VINEYARD: Tress with furrow irrigation with silty free soil.
Harvesting method: manual, in bins of approximately 400 kg

Vinification: Cold maceration for 2 days.

Winery
Fermentation with selected yeasts, in tanks of
stainless steel, with controlled movements to achieve a
gentle extraction. Controlled temperature between 25 and 28ºC, per
Approximately 10 days. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Adening for 4-6 months in French and American oak barrels,
of second and third use.

TASTING NOTES
Red with violet flashes, with aromas of black fruits
and red pepper, also finding notes of vanilla and
Chocolate. In mouth it has good structure, entrance
Sweet for its round tannins. Long and persistent.
